Death at Buckingham Palace

What if Queen Elizabeth II had a secret talent for solving murders?

When a charming palace footman is found dead beneath the Queen's private apartments, the official verdict is suicide—but Her Majesty isn't convinced. Instead, she quietly recruits Jane Bee, a young Canadian housemaid whose curiosity is exceeded only by her knack for stumbling into trouble. As Jane ventures behind the glittering façade of Buckingham Palace, she uncovers jealous rivalries, forbidden romances, whispered scandals, and enough secrets to shake the royal household. It turns out that keeping the monarchy running is complicated enough. Solving a murder is even harder.

“… Jane Bee, as sharp, shrewd and spicy a femme as ever swung a mop.”
